Val is selected for a 2024 NARSAD Young Investigator Grant from the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation. This project will investigate the roles of microglia in circuit development, using zebrafish models. Please check out more information about this and other funded Investigators.

The Tornini Lab receives its first extramural funding from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. This R00 grant will investigate the functional roles of a class of autism-linked chromatin modifiers.
